unPi Zero Glass
a proof of concept, open sourced, simple smart glass, built with Python on:
- a Raspberry Pi Zero W
- a ToF/laser distance sensor with range up to 4 meters
- an ultrasonic distance sensor with range up to 4.5 meters
- an haptic buzzer for in-detail haptic feedback to the user
- a bit flatter plastic glasses as a mounting surface for all
- a battery pack for the Raspberry Pi Zero as a small UPS
unPi Sonar Glass
a proof of concept, open sourced, cheapest smart glass, built with MicroPython on:
- a Raspberry Pico with headers and its small protype board
- 3x ultrasonic distance sensors with range up to 4.5 meters
- 2x vibration motors for simple haptic feedback to the user
- a bit curved plastic glasses as a sensor mounting surface
- a pack of 4 rechargeable AA batteries in a battery holder
unPi Pro Glass
a proof of concept, open sourced, better smart glass, built with Python on:
- 2x Raspberry Pi Zeros for sensor contol and data aquisition
- 4x ToF/laser distance sensors with range up to 4 meters
- 2x bone conductor speakers for audio feedback to the user
- 2x Raspberry Pi Zero Camera Modules for image aquisition
- a Coral Dev Board for Object Recognition and AI/ML/TF
- a bit curved plastic glasses as a sensor mounting surface
- a single power bank with a 3 Ampers output for all the above
unPi Lidar Glass
a commercial iOS application which:
- uses iPhone 12 Pro’s Lidar for object and obstacle detection
- creates a best in class Smart Visor for the visually impaired
